Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial management, investment banking, strategy consulting corporate development, private equity and/or Big 4 transaction services.
  • Transaction execution and valuation experience (M&A) required.
  • Strategic planning experience preferred.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Yardi forecasting preferred.
  • CFA, MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed financial analysis including discounted cash flow models, comprehensive pro-forma merger model analysis and manage corporate financial models.
  • Lead presentations of internal financial reporting and analysis, including asset management reports to senior leadership team, investor relations, and finance and accounting.
  • Partner with the executive management team to facilitate strategic planning and analysis.
  • Provide transaction support as needed (e.g., review underwriting/term sheets, fulfill diligence requests, etc.).
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize operational efficiency and enhance profitability.
  • Evaluate potential acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
  • Builds, reviews, and presents ad-hoc reports and analyses for fundraising documents, investor requests, and senior management as needed
