We are hiring a Systems Administrator to join our team in our Rockville, MD or Washington, DC office. Position is flexible to be Hybrid.

Responsibilities

Helpdesk Support
Help Create IT Standardization
Manage Atera Solution
Training IT Classes and Documentation
Knowledge of SharePoint
Licensing audit assistance
Network administration and monitoring.
Network orientation documentations.
System Administration and monitoring
Backup configuration and completion checks
SQL maintenance
25% On-site support (visit)•Maintain Hypervisor
System creation/restoration
Software image creation
SSL cert and domain registration admin
Hardware maintenance
Printer management
Mobile management
Security compliance remediation
External vulnerability scans
Event log monitoring
Linux experience

Required Qualifications

Working with the team to implement and operate Microsoft’s Active Directory solution.
Performs routine system updates, patches, and upgrades.
Ability to solve problems quickly.
Troubleshoot server and networking issues.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Perform software installations and upgrades.
Maintain and monitor computer systems and networks, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security and integrity.
Respond to alerts and notifications regarding system performance or security issues.
Willing to learn new technologies to help the team grow.

Experience with Active Directory
A+ Certification, Network+, Security +
