Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and three or more (10+) years of progressively responsible experience in a financial services role with strong organizational awareness
  • Strong results orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills; track record of delivering results
  • Ability to think strategically as well as roll up your sleeves to manage execution
  • Exceptional communication skills, whether crafting customer-facing copy or influencing internal stakeholders
  • Strategic agility with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage tasks/deliverables from inception to successful completion
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills
  • Ability to identify key metrics for success and how to use results to drive improvement

Responsibilities
  • Execution of mid to large scale GTM projects from start to finish (effective planning, success at pre-launch, launch and post launch) ensuring completion and achieving agreed upon deliverables, timeframe and budget
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration through steering cross-functional teams across distribution, operations, marketing, and communications. Evaluate ideas, motivate teams to meet deadlines, and ensure all-around alignment in the go-to-market process
  • Track launch progress and overall success measurements by defining measurement milestones, risks, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch initiatives and activities
  • Responsible for overall success and sustainability of GTM initiatives
  • Serve as a thought partner, collaborator and influencer to leaders and stakeholders across the company, shaping the vision and creating alignment around how we market and sell to our customers
  • Conceptualizing needs to deliver on business objectives while translating those objectives into project goals and associated tasks
