Barbaricum is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager for the MuTC (Muscatatuck Training Center) Cyber Program. The Operations Manager for the MuTC (Muscatatuck Training Center) Cyber Program is a critical role designated as the Deputy Program Manager. This position is tasked with assisting in the overall management of the program, ensuring its objectives and deliverables are met with high efficiency and effectiveness.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the Program Manager to oversee various aspects of the program, including planning, execution, and evaluation of cyber training programs. Additionally, this role requires readiness to perform the duties of the Program Manager if necessary, making it essential for the candidate to have a comprehensive understanding of the program’s goals and operational.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager in the overall management of the MuTC Cyber Program, contributing to strategic planning, execution, and oversight.
- Plan, execute, evaluate, and lead cyber training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the participants and objectives of the program.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient program execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Utilize knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management to enhance program operations and training effectiveness.
- Be prepared to assume the duties of the Program Manager as required, ensuring continuity of leadership and program integrity.
- Work closely with senior-level DoD personnel, defense industry professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure program success.
Qualifications
- Must possess an DoD active TS/SCI Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Certification: Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test-bed environments.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management, senior-level DoD roles, or as a Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with senior-level DoD personnel.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead cyber training programs effectively.
- Strong knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.
