We are actively seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our LMS product team and lead the charge in revolutionizing advertising engagement across the industry. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development of AI-powered innovations that represent significant step-changes in user engagement and advertising effectiveness. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture of rapid experimentation, enabling us to continuously refine and optimize AI-driven features based on real-time user feedback and data analytics. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying and developing net-new B2B offerings that leverage AI technologies to deliver compelling value propositions for our advertising partners. By setting ambitious industry benchmarks and driving strategic initiatives, you will define the future of advertising technology within the B2B space.
You will play a pivotal role in driving net-new industry offerings and implementing step changes in advertiser Return on Investment (RoI). You will own the long-term strategy and features roadmap, leading impactful product launches that redefine industry standards. Additionally, as an industry expert, you will be instrumental in coaching and developing product managers within the organization, fostering a hustle culture centered around rapid experimentation and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Develop a compelling product vision and roadmap that leverages AI to personalize experiences and optimize ad formats for advertisers and members alike. Embrace a 0 to 1 thinking mentality, pioneering new solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible
- Own the entire product lifecycle for your assigned area, from concept creation and user research to go-to-market strategy and launch. Handle ambiguity with grace, making data-driven decisions in the face of uncertainty.
- Design and implement frameworks that utilize AI for content and experience personalization, driving unmatched value for both advertisers and members. Champion an AI-first approach to product building, ensuring AI is woven into the core of your innovations
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your strategies, initiatives, and product releases.
Work seamlessly with engineering, AI, data science, marketing, design, legal, and business development teams to bring these innovations to life. Navigate and influence across large organizations, fostering alignment and buy-in for your vision.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role.
Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Built and launched 0 to 1 products using AI/ML technologies, preferably as a startup co-founder or a CXO
Deep understanding of AI and machine learning principles, with experience applying them to product development for members & users at scale
Strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape.
Top notch collaborator, who can influence others, rally disparate teams to align to and execute on a shared vision, build a positive team culture and sense of inclusion, and communicate effectively with all audience
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and results-oriented environment, with a passion for innovation and execution.

Demonstrated ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The pay range for this role is $173,000 to $280,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
