Employee Relations Manager:
- Conduct internal investigations for behavioral/workplace matters by applying investigation planning, interviewing techniques with supporting documentation and appropriate outcome
- Assist in the development, roll out, interpretation and support to update internal processes/programs for our Global Employee Relations team
- Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including conflict resolution and mediation, and change management
- Provide strategic Employee Relations support, business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
- Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions and corrective action as appropriate
- Support with data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, highlighting key trends in employee relations to actively drive proactive solutions to minimize reactive work
- Help balance risk, taking into account employee, business and company perspectives
- Help design and facilitate internal training for people leaders and other key stakeholders
- Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the HR Business Partner, Legal, Investigations, Learning & Development, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions
- Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community and influence others within the organization
- Build collaborative and productive working relationships
- Help promote knowledge, understand and compliance regarding company policy and relevance employment laws thorough coaching, presentations and training
Qualifications
- Demonstrate solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
- Knowledge of applicable country laws, regulations and statues related to employment, benefits, and HR compliance (e.g. EEO, Data Privacy, FLSA, FMLA)
- Consultative coaching, counseling and conflict resolution skills; ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
- Proven ability to manage conflict to diffuse employee related issues, concerns and situations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write cohesive emails, summaries and investigation plan/reports

- 8+ years experience in an Employee Relations, HR Business Partner or equivalent role
BA/BS degree, preferred; JD and/or MS degree optional
