Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or software engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering or related field
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning preferred components, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, familiarity with Salesforce Finance Service Cloud, and OmniStudio a plus.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and understanding of cloud-based platforms (AWS or Azure is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency with modern source control (Git), test automation and CI/CD (Gearset, Git actions) tools and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and Community Sites.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Assist in implementing Salesforce integrations with other business systems and third-party applications.
  • Utilize Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies to deliver robust solutions.
  • Follow security protocols and data protection measures to ensure the confidentiality and availability of systems.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce workflows, process builders, approval processes, technical documentation and metadata.
  • Help investigate and resolve operational alarms, exceptions, and failures by identifying root causes.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Work with teams, stakeholders, and customers to understand business requirements and goals.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures.
