Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the ELT and their departments to develop, coach, and drive innovative business initiatives within their teams
  • Partner with the VP to build programs and policies that will support our organization in its next phase of growth
  • Support our teams through organic and inorganic growth. Coach leaders on hiring plans, staffing needs, and their organizational structure, working closely with your Talent Acquisition (TA) and Finance partners
  • Lead your business units through performance review cycles, serving as a key thought partner to leadership
  • Champion HR initiatives and ongoing organizational initiatives that enable and improve a high-performance company culture as we grow and scale
  • Drive organizational design for the functions you support, leveraging insights from experts within the organization
  • Partner with L&D to develop and deliver training for managers and employees
  • Innovate and react quickly as the company shifts and evolves
