Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and maintain high-quality payroll services for our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful delivery of payroll services, including setting goals and timelines, managing resources and budget, and identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team dynamic, providing guidance and support to team members and promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Utilize your strong technical background to provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively oversee the planning, design, and implementation of new features and enhancements to our payroll services, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our payroll services.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the development process.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of new team members, and provide ongoing mentorship and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to assess the success of our payroll services and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with other engineering managers and leaders to share knowledge, best practices, and resources, and support the overall growth and success of the engineering team.
