Job Summary:
This position will oversee the Workday ERP Applications team from a Managerial perspective. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team and perform managerial tasks including hiring, disciplinary, and development of the employees in the department. This position will participate in developing and monitoring the budgets for the ERP department, will work with the Director IT to address any budgetary overruns and medium to long term needs of the department and address employee-related concerns and operational concerns while balancing the needs of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, assigning projects/tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Ensures staff alignment with mission and strategic plan
• Ensures staff compliance with budgets, resource allocation, operational plans, and policies.
• Ensures that projects stay on track and regularly communicates status to department leadership and business/operational leaders.
• Regularly review/implement advances in technology and industry best practices.
• Assists with preparation of operating and capital budgets following established guidelines and using benchmark data.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 - 8 years of Workday experience (Preferred)
• Experience with Workday Security, HCM, FIN Domain (Preferred)
• Experience with Roadmap Development, SCRUM, SOX Audits, Prioritization Backlog, Customer Engagement and Project Management (Preferred)
