  • Experience and knowledge of IT enterprise operations in the Intelligence Community
  • Experience working in large enterprise operations environments that includes the identification, development, analysis, scheduling and managing of enterprise IT activities, solutions/risk mitigations, artifacts and migrations
  • Experience applying systems engineering fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments
  • Understanding of information technology functions and services supporting the IC and the missions of its respective agencies
  • Experience in collaborating with other enterprise technologists both internal and external to resolve complex technical issues
  • Experience in supporting and coordinating across senior-level organizations

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, Masters degree with 0 years, Associate's with 4 years, or High School Diploma with 6 years.
  • Due to the nature of the government contracts we support, US Citizenship is required.
  • TS/SCI with Poly required for Position or TS/SCI and willingness to obtain a specific polygraph.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project
  • Resolve any problems or discrepancies that may arise with orders
  • Run periodic spot check reports against material inventory
  • Collect packing slips and other relevant documentation for delivered equipment
  • Complete Verification of Material Acceptance forms for each delivery
  • Assist in the tracking of End-of-Life and End-of-Support for legacy and new equipment
  • Obtain accounts and training on Enterprise Data Warehouse inventory system
  • Assist with Technology Modernization projects
  • Team up with customer site logistic teams to collect delivered materials and provide required documentation to allow vendor payment
  • Facilitate status review meetings among project team members and clients
  • Coordinate with other contractors and system owners as needed
  • Coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams to achieve the necessary program, project or activity plans, and schedules
  • Follow industry recognized best practices for program management, change management, and configuration control processes to ensure highest quality deliverables and Infrastructure performance
  • Serve as an advisor on and ensure change documentation is completed on automation
  • Lead to operational efficiencies
  • Examine customer problems, develop and present solutions, and then implements appropriate corrective action to initiate a change
  • Ensure that baseline integrity management can be established within the enterprise
  • Support the development and adherence to procedures and policies
  • Run reports from asset inventory system for the purpose of tracking equipment
  • Coordinate movement of excess assets for disposal
  • Work independently.
