  • Assist clients with any/all issues, questions, concerns in managing their platforms content
  • Proactively reach out to clients & decision-makers to plan and strategize to ensure clients can meet set KPI's and metrics
  • A high performer with 5+ total years in a health or health benefits company, ideally with a strong focus on health strategy and experience in client-facing or project leadership roles
  • An experienced healthcare manager, consultant, or leader with consulting, PaaS/SaaS, entrepreneurial and/or health industry experience
  • A successful builder with a track recording of turning ideas into reality
  • A proven leader of complex projects, initiatives, and teams. Can manage many projects at the same time and their associated delivery timelines and expectations
  • Experience presenting to and advising/advocating for clients
  • Experience collaborating with multiple high functioning teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Be a leader in high-impact health initiatives that represent step changes in League's business and value
  • Act with a business owner mindset, evaluating the success of key initiatives and making the decisions to drive growth
  • Nurture strong member engagement in Health Journey Programs and Campaigns
  • Support an ever growing lineup of Health Programs that include content with health partnerships, enhanced platform capabilities, behavior science, and
  • Improve health and health outcomes for League members
  • Oversee the content strategy of a key customer, monitor and report out results
  • Deliver content business reviews, including insights and suggestions as required
  • Act as liaison to League's Health Journey Strategy/Content team
