Requirements
- (10+) years demand planning or supply chain experience
- Strategic leader and critical thinker who makes analytical and data-driven decisions informed by leveraging multiple sources of internal and external consumer, competitor, market, product, and financial data
- Successful track record of developing reliable forecasts that incorporate baseline modeling, event lift, pricing elasticity, new product launches, retailer insights, and competitive activities
- Experience with JDA/RedPrairie or demand planning system is required
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience in using data (KPIs) in a measurable way to achieve targeted results that are relevant to the organization
- Experience with demand modeling, demand shaping, and allocation
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, attention to accuracy & ability to reconcile various data elements
- Strong business and financial acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to risk management
- Demonstrated capability of partnering with and influencing across functions, including Commercial Sales, Category Management, and Finance
- Operate with a strong work ethic and an unrelenting resolve to follow through and meet commitments
- A demonstrated willingness to learn, roll-up their sleeves and set an example for the team as a “doer.”

Responsibilities
- Drive business results by managing statistical modeling to project future demand and integration of market intelligence. Identify anomalies in forecasting model and make recommendation to improve forecast quality
- Partner with Commercial Sales and Finance to deliver a highly reliable monthly forecast. Interpret business drivers that affect forecast/supply chain performance and communicates the impact. Serves as subject Matter expert for monthly consensus meetings
- Be part of the transformation by partnering with leadership to develop and lead implementation of supply chain planning process to future improve the supply chain and drive enhanced planning maturity. Develop a culture of accountability around maintaining key supply chain inputs that reflect actual performance as it exists in the current state
- Develop talent by building a structure and hard-working team that delivers exceptional service by short-and long-term horizon planning subject area, proactive reporting and clear systems and processes to drive accountability
