Responsibilities
  • Create the management systems for pricing operations. Develop the KPIs, management reporting, and daily/weekly/monthly rhythms for the team. Manage by exception. Create a Pricing Center of Excellence the Merchandising team trusts
  • Zoom into the details. Retail is detail. Understand what is happening at the SKU level, driving daily SKU review deep dives across the team (100+ SKUs/day) to ensure the proper system expectations and intentions are met, and feedback is provided back to the Business Intelligence / Software teams
  • Create actual to goal reporting. Perform gap analysis for where actuals fall short of the goal
  • Create full documentation of the pricing operation systems to support new team members in addition to training across the organization
  • Develop, implement, and refine dynamic pricing strategies that align with our company's goals and competitive landscape
  • 5+ years of experience running a tactical operational team
  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Pricing
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to drive results through a team
  • Exceptional P&L ownership mindset
  • Proficient in data analytics. Advanced data analysis skills using Excel
