- A current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida is required.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform evidence-based nursing practices are required.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- The ability to work effectively and independently with patients, families, and healthcare providers is required.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting to evaluate patients' physical and emotional health.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on physician orders, patient goals, and clinical best practices.
- Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide patients and caregivers with education on disease management, medication usage, home safety, and recovery techniques.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Experience in home health, hospice, or community health is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
