Responsibilities
  • Drive Palia’s brand strategy, developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with players while maintaining a consistent and appealing brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Leverage experience working on multi-platform titles to navigate the nuanced requirements for game launches across platforms, ensuring that all campaigns, assets, and communications adhere to platform-specific guidelines and seek cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Accountable for fostering a highly-engaged player community through creative engagement tactics, strategic communications, and contribute to initiatives across all platform communities.
  • Partner with internal teams (Publishing, Gameplay, Live Ops) and external platform partners to create and manage promotional assets, including trailers, key art, screenshots, social content, and more.
  • Ensure a seamless blend of branding and community engagement strategies that enhance Palia’s growth across new and existing player bases, including CRM and community management campaign to optimize player acquisition and retention.
Desired Qualifications
  • Game Development Experience: 6+ years in video game-industry brand management and a solid understanding of game production pipelines and how marketing integrates with game development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experienced in working with teams across various departments (Live Ops, QA, Marketing) and comfortable navigating complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Passion for Online Games: Enthusiasm for the gaming industry, particularly online games, focused on improving the player experience and maintaining strong player engagement.
