Operations Analyst

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in the military every day, we need an Army Operations Analyst like you to do just that. As an Operations Analyst, you will use your specialized military experience and your attention to detail to develop reports and conduct coordination in support of Army operations. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters and protect our national security.

As an Operations Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client to schedule and coordinate penetration testing as well as other cybersecurity evaluations. As the authority on current and planned operations, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations.

This is a chance to grow your expertise and develop new skills in cybersecurity and penetration testing while you share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools.

You Have:

• Experience with U.S. Army Current Operations, Future Operations, or Plans, including deliberate planning using the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)

• Experience coordinating with other military units and multiple clients

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with Army planning or coordination, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with Army planning or coordination

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Cyberspace Operations, Penetration Testing, or Cybersecurity

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• DoD-recognized technical certifications

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
