  • Creatively navigating complex organizational structure to find ideal target contacts
  • Always on the lookout for untapped markets and new verticals that need our help, by capturing feedback on the front lines
  • Carefully tracking your activity so that no target is left behind. Being data oriented is a must
  • Helping to refine a SDR process for maximum scalability by working with both Sales and Marketing
  • Responding to client and team member requests - sometimes before they ask!
  • Engaging in training both 1:1 and with peers. You know that you don't know everything and want to sharpen your skills
