Visual Design Specialist (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Visual Design Specialist in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows:

Lead the implementation of B2B and B2C design systems for large corporations, especially those with significant acquisitions to accommodate diverse brand requirements within the enterprise.
Design, communicate, and sustain design system strategies, components, and documentation across platforms.
Maintain detailed documentation and resources, ensuring accessibility and scalability.
Execute personalized solutions and create compelling presentations and innovative prototypes for pitching and client meetings using Figma's best practices.
Organize maintenance and scalability needs for product design, providing mentorship to empower designers in a dynamic environment.
Advocate for inclusive design principles and accessibility standards to ensure a positive user experience for all users.
Establish partnerships and collaborate with design teams, product managers, and engineers to ensure consistent application of design principles, address limitations and devise innovative solutions.
Engage with senior stakeholders to understand design requirements and formulate integration strategies.
Lead onshore and offshore teams, facilitating onboarding and continuous professional development.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in Design Systems.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

Working with design principles, UI/UX best practices, and challenges in large-scale design integration;
Utilizing collaboration, design, and prototyping tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Jira, Miro, Mural, or Abstract;
Utilizing marketing platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager for seamless integration;
Working with web accessibility standards, focusing on AA and AAA Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliance;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
Building and maintaining reusable component library that integrates UI elements, patterns, and guidelines based on Atomic Design methodology; and
Facilitating onboarding sessions and resources for onshore and offshore resources in design system enterprise settings, including mergers and acquisitions.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 40% of the time to meet client needs.
