What you’ll do:

• In this role, you will perform critical financial modeling used to inform executive decision–making around capital spending, operating budgets, and long-term planning for Technology Organization.
• Provide analysis and insights to senior stakeholders in order to facilitate investment decisions.
• Support the annual budget and re-forecasts by facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure firm achieves its financial goals.
• Work with various technology stakeholders on documenting business plans.
• Effectively capture results, analyze against budget, providing meaningful variance commentary and deep dive insight.
• Drive design improvement for more effective, efficient, and transparent FP&A processes.
• Proactively develop new value-add KPIs and management reporting to support our dynamic business expansion.
• Support regional and holding level finance team’s management reporting by providing passthrough/component reporting.
• Work closely with Group Reporting & Controlling team on shaping and building global technology management reporting deliverables
• Prepare regular global technology management reporting slide deck and present key results and supplemental information to stakeholders and management
• Partner with Global Finance and Tax Teams to enhance and document methodology for allocation of global technology expenses
• Acts as a key resource for business leadership, maintain and building new financial modeling, prepare other ad hoc deliverables. 

Who you are:

• 7+ years of experience
• Relevant experience in finance, management consulting or accounting
• Strong focus or background on technology
• Enthusiasm for complex problem solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis
• A hands-on mentality and an eye for detail while also being able to take a step back, look at the big picture
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data visualization tools
• Business acumen and knowledge of functional elements, which are important for business profitability in order to influence, drive and positively impact business results.
• The ability to collaborate across management levels and departments, with experience in interacting/presenting to leadership across a variety of teams and locations
