Responsibilities
  • Execute a prospecting plan to develop and progress a sales lead pipeline
  • Conduct outbound cold calling and supporting email campaigns into identified prospects
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Manager to develop script
  • Work with Inside Sales Representatives and Account Executives to drive qualified leads and new business
  • Obtain thorough knowledge of company's product portfolio and target industries
  • Conduct thorough follow-up on leads/lists generated by marketing programs
  • Drive attendance to events such as webinars and trade shows
  • Maintain expected metrics of outbound calls and targeted emails
  • Record all communication and lead qualification activity into Salesforce.com
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Support ongoing outbound email cadences creation and improvements
  • Share learnings and prospects' feedback with cross-functional teams
