Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
  • Knowledge of tools such as firewalls, SIEM platforms, and endpoint protection solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor IT systems and networks for suspicious activities using security tools such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platforms
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, collaborating with internal teams to mitigate threats and prevent recurrence
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate weaknesses in IT systems and applications
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational security policies, such as NIST, ISO 27001, or GDPR
  • Evaluate risks associated with new technologies or processes and recommend security measures to mitigate them
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate staff on security best practices and phishing awareness
  • Create and maintain incident reports, risk assessments, and documentation of security controls and processes
