Requirements
- A bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of prior relevant experience performing the described activities, or a master's degree with 6–10 years of prior relevant experience.
- An active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail.
- Experience migrating users and desktops to Microsoft Intune.
- Experience packaging applications using Microsoft Intune.
- Experience writing and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts.
- Experience working directly with customers and other stakeholders to interpret requirements and feedback and report status.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service skills.
- Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
- A current IAT Level II or higher certification, such as Security+ or CISSP.
