Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, as well as SharePoint and ADP.
  • Strong leasing, sales, and collection capabilities.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Availability for occasional travel for company events or meetings.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands and arms, occasionally climb, and use computers or telephones for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions and respond promptly to visual and auditory alarms.
Responsibilities
  • Receive, process, and post rent payments in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
  • Maintain account records and financial transactions, including NSF checks, rent allowances, concessions, rent increases, and management-approved debits and credits.
  • Maintain complete and accurate resident files and documentation.
  • Assist with market surveys and competitive analysis.
  • Show, lease, and assist with move-ins for prospective residents.
  • Process rental applications, renewals, and move-out documentation.
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and assist with deposit accounting.
  • Perform regular property and vacant unit inspections.
  • Partner with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure prompt, high-quality service resolution and smooth operations.
  • Process maintenance work orders promptly and accurately.
  • Provide customer service to residents and resolve resident concerns, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Support the Property Manager with daily operations and special projects.
  • Maintain accurate unit availability.
  • Provide phone and administrative support.
  • Follow Trinity operating procedures, policies, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in team functions and regional or company activities as expected.
Desired Qualifications
  • Industry certifications such as CAM, CPM, RMP, or CMCA.
  • Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Celeri, EliseAI, and Asana.
