Requirements
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing/coordinating facilities requirements in a private or government organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal Continuity of Operations (COOP) requirements and procedures.
  • Experience with workforce and facility metrics, reporting, and analyses.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and work requirements effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of self-initiative and the ability to meet and negotiate with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Provide cradle-to-grave facility and infrastructure management support for the F-35 JPO, including planning, development, and execution of facility projects.
  • Manage and coordinate facilities requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with federal regulations, including COOP requirements and procedures.
  • Analyze workforce and facility metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to leadership to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain plans for facility maintenance, upgrades, and emergency preparedness.
  • Respond to and manage competing priorities and work requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address facilities-related issues, ensure project success, and meet organizational needs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for facilities management, negotiating effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations across all facility-related activities.
  • Support facilities-related procurement and contract management processes as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support F-35 JPO priorities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience managing facilities within a federal government organization, preferably supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) program.
  • Familiarity with the mission and objectives of the F-35 JPO.
  • Experience managing large-scale facility projects or infrastructure upgrades.
  • Proven ability to adapt and perform effectively in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred: Associate’s degree or higher.
