  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
  • 6+ years of marketing, strategic planning, or product management experience, specifically in health plan or TPA preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Proven organization, facilitation and conflict management skills
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking, with strong analytic and problem solving skills
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Planning and Execution of the region's marketing strategies including:
  • Develop comprehensive strategic marketing plan to promote and strengthen visibility and reputation of Centivo to all audiences across the Northeast
  • Work with corporate marketing to identify and build integrated marketing campaigns (leveraging digital and traditional communications) to drive awareness, understanding and conversion
  • Identify local sponsorships, speaking engagements and events and execute upon recommended engagement
  • Segment audience and develop targeted strategies to capitalize on local industries and market trends
  • Analyze competitive intelligence, market research and internal intelligence and translate into appropriate opportunities
  • Oversee local marketing P&L with responsibility for appropriate budget allocation and management
  • Build tracking and reporting on important metrics
