Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Passion for local, organic, and sustainable food and natural supplements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to people’s health and wellbeing.
  • Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for a combination of weekday, weekend, morning, and afternoon shifts, with peak availability.
  • Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers entering the department and build connections with new and regular customers.
  • Assist customers with product questions and provide suggestions based on their needs.
  • Work with the team to stock shelves throughout the day.
  • Create attractive and organized product displays.
  • Learn about new and featured products promoted through the company's flyers and magazines.
  • Cross-train in cash, produce, and grocery departments.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a grocery and/or retail environment is preferred but not required.
