Responsibilities
  • Complete assignments in a safe and professional manner.
  • Be responsible and accountable for customers within the assigned geographic area.
  • Work with current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans to maintain and grow sales within the assigned territory.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at current and new customers, including plant or facility executives.
  • Generate and execute sales plans for assigned customer bases and new customer accounts to meet defined territory profit-increase goals.
  • Provide technical support to customers, identify and resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues as required.
  • Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to ensure customer operations perform at optimal levels.
  • Sell and support Baker Hughes innovations and technology, including the upstream chemical program, at assigned customer locations to promote long-term business.
  • Travel within the assigned sales territory as needed.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all treatment programs in the field.
