Requirements
  • Knowledge of Adobe suite including: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
  • Ability to create pitch decks with Powerpoint, Keynote or other programs
  • A good eye for different aesthetics and abilitiy to adapt creative based off an artist or festival vision
Responsibilities
  • Support Marketing team in all priorities
  • Collaborate with marketing leads and partners to deliver top-quality digital, print and OOH ad assets
  • Evolve and establish the visual aesthetic for divisional communications, sales presentations, and the consumer
  • Work with creative manager on creative services for the general team (graphics, video content, web, backdrops, merch, etc.)
  • Shoot and edit original content as needed
  • Design assets for all digital properties including social media, email, website, etc
  • Stay up to date with emerging artists, pop culture news, and trends in media/technology
  • Come up with creative new ideas for festival and tour branding LEARNING OBJECTIVES
  • Learn the process of designing for multiple live event properties
  • Learning how to properly take creative feedback and implement that feedback
  • Learn how to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external organizations

Desired Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
  • Junior or Senior standing
  • Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. and occasional sitting
