- Candidate must have 1-3 years of experience with InQuira (Oracle Knowledge Management) installation or upgrade of InQuira 8.5 or 8.6.
- Experience installing/upgrading InQuira 8.5 or 8.6.
- Knowledge and experience with InQuira on Linux/Red Hat platform.
- Proficient in configuring, upgrading, or modifying integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions.
- Experience working with InQuira systems/infrastructure and collaborating with InQuira engineers to install/troubleshoot application/environment related issues.
- Location flexibility to work in San Jose, California or Salt Lake City, Utah.
- Employment term of 6-12 months.
- Interview process includes phone and Web Ex.
- Reinstall and set up the InQuira (Oracle Knowledge Management) application on the new data center as part of migration from existing data center.
- Support InQuira systems and infrastructure and collaborate with InQuira engineers to install or troubleshoot application and environment related issues.
- Configure, upgrade, or modify integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments.
- Siebel experience is nice to have.
