TFI provides child welfare services through a network of affiliates across the United States, including foster and kinship care, adoption, counseling, prevention services, training (TIPS-MAPP), and visitation centers. These services are delivered locally by regional agencies under the Family Initiative umbrella, with staff who recruit, train, and support foster families and provide counseling and educational resources, plus technology tools through its nonprofit tech affiliates. What sets TFI apart is its bundled, nationwide platform that combines a wide range of child-welfare services with regional delivery and technology support, rather than operating as a single-region group. Its goal is to help children grow in safe, stable environments by offering compassionate, quality, and accessible services and resources.
