Requirements
  • 10+ years of Professional Services Sales experience, focused on large Enterprise, preferably in technology or consulting.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and deal closure skills.
  • Expertise in leading large transformational engagements and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-party sales with a consultative approach.
  • Understanding of business requirements and the ability to craft tailored solutions.
  • Experience working in FIS, Large Enterprise, Government sectors, or relevant industries.
  • Familiarity with SaaS product sales cycles and the buyer journey.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the entire Professional Services sales cycle for designated territories, focusing on large-scale engagements with strategic clients.
  • Collaborate with field sales leadership to establish and execute a robust Services go-to-market strategy, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) in your territory, including quota achievement, deal attach rates, and on-time renewals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by advising senior leaders in customer organizations on creating compelling business cases for their digital transformation.
  • Facilitate pre-sales workshops and assessments, guiding customers through strategy and vision alignment.
  • Negotiate contracts, respond to RFx, and develop custom Statements of Work (SOW) that align with client business needs and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to promote seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish first-year objectives that include achieving a predefined quota, onboarding into the company culture, and successfully running initial workshops with target clients.
