Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the end-to-end CRM content strategy across push notifications, email, and future channels, ensuring all messaging is player-centric, impactful, and aligned with campaign and business goals.
  • Translate campaign and lifecycle high-level objectives into actionable content plans, including narrative hooks, tone, personalization, and testing approach.
  • Work closely with CRM, Product Marketing, Creative, LiveOps, and Player Insights to turn strategy into compelling and engaging content across CRM channels.
  • Craft and align messaging with player journeys, segmentation strategies and campaign objectives. Align with senior stakeholders to ensure our content direction supports business goals.
  • Write and deliver high-quality, on-brand copy for push, email, and supporting visuals, while setting standards for voice, clarity, and performance.
  • Identify and address content production bottlenecks, driving improvements in tools, processes, and documentation to improve overall efficiency and output quality.
  • Act as the content lead in creative collaboration, proactively partnering with stakeholders to align messaging and visual direction for CRM communications.
  • Lead and maintain a clear framework to track content effectiveness.
  • Regularly report performance to the business in a clear and actionable way.
  • Innovate and experiment with new content formats (copy variants, tone, narrative) analyse results, and refine approaches to maximize performance.
  • Continuously document insights, evolve messaging guidelines, and build scalable content frameworks and playbooks for team-wide adoption.
  • Own and maintain a high-level annual content calendar that aligns with key activations, campaigns, and always-on content, ensuring visibility, alignment, and prioritization across the CRM vertical.
  • Ensure all plans are integrated and effectively deliver on the content guidelines.

Scopely Appoints Shlomi Aizenberg As Chief Business Officer

Scopely announced that Shlomi Aizenberg has been appointed chief business officer of the mobile gaming company. Scopely, which is owned by Savvy Games Group, has been on a roll with $5 billion in revenues from Monopoly Go. The game was in the works for seven years at Scopely, but it generated $2 billion in revenue in its first 10 months on the market. This, in turn, has enabled Scopely to make acquisitions such as its $3.5 billion purchase of Niantic. Scopely co-CEOs, Walter Driver and Javier Ferreira said in a statement that, “As Scopely continues to grow, we are committed to expanding our leadership team with individuals who embody our vision and strategic ambitions.
