Job Description
prior call center experience and proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel and have data entry experience.
Additional
duties may include proactive communication with customers and client
via telephone, e-mail, or regular mail; managing database records;
drafting status reports on customer service issue.
Qualifications
from 10 am to 7 pm Monday through Thursday and Saturday from 6 am to 3 pm
