Requirements
  • Strong departmental level tool or fleet management experience
  • Minimum of three years experience in same or related field
  • Ability to communicate timely, effectively and professionally; both verbal and written
  • Mechanical aptitude to conduct minor repairs and function testing of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to follow technical documentation for assembly, disassembly, testing, and part replacement
  • Solid organizational skills; able to prioritize and track multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills and proven decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to influence process creation / implementation with stakeholders
  • Influence and work collaboratively with other departments

  • A high attention to detail required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PC skills
  • Requires strong mechanical, electronics and troubleshooting skills
  • Previous project management or technical delivery experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Function as the lead administrator and manager of the Fixed Asset Tracking Software, and be able to contribute to system level improvements and formal and informal training for users of the Fixed Asset Tracking Software
  • Maintain high levels of up-time on all operational assets
  • Interface and collaborate with the different departments to create alignment and ensure the reliability and quality of asset fleet
  • Mentor and train future direct reports to become high level users and administrators of the Fixed Asset Tracking Software
  • Supply tool utilization data to key stakeholders to optimize appropriate operational asset inventory levels and to help determine end-of-life cycles
  • Ensure Field Operations and Project Management are supplied with all necessary processes, training, and support to efficiently request and report on operational assets
  • Establish relationships with vendors at each hub to serve as primary providers of repair and fabrication services. Identify and advise staff to avoid underperforming vendors
  • Serve as first point of contact for troubleshooting of tools in field, and route requests to other appropriate subject matter experts as needed
  • Prepare or coordinate preparation of operational assets as needed by internal customers
  • Inspect or coordinate inspection of operational assets returning from jobs for damage; repair or send to appropriate repair location, and track in the asset tracking software
  • Complete or coordinate completion of operational asset testing and replenishment for tools as needed, updating the asset tracking software as needed
  • Enter or coordinate entering of demand for replenishment parts required to maintain operational asset readiness
  • Track operational assets and update asset tracking software to maintain a current snapshot of where all assets are at any time
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to both internal and external clients
  • Be familiar with, and abide by, all Pure Technologies corporate philosophy and policies
