Requirements
  • Third-year law student pursuing a bachelor of laws [LLB] OR a first-year law student pursuing a Juris Doctor [JD]
  • Strong interest in working in the technology industry

  • Ability to organise, priorities and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Gain incomparable insight into the legal issues affecting a leading cloud computing company
  • Assist with both complex projects and day-to-day responsibilities
  • Participate in negotiations
  • Collaborate with counsel on global strategies
  • Evaluate and research critical legal issues related to AI, contract, privacy, employment, intellectual property, and corporate matters
