  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • 4+ years of experience managing HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and expertise in HR best practices, compliance, and diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, recruitment tools, and data analytics to drive hiring success and improve HR processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and colleagues in a fully remote environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating positive candidate and employee experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Define, oversee and enhance HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance management, compensation and offboarding.
  • Partner with department leaders to anticipate hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
  • Develop and lead initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company mission and values.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor key HR metrics, identify trends, and guide decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the seamless administration of employee benefits and payroll processes for both U.S. and international team members.
