  • Minimum of 1-year call center experience
  • Willing to work any shift from Monday - Sunday from 9am-9pm EST
  • Reside in one of the following states: Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, New Hampshire, or Missouri
  • This is a remote position, you will need your own private work space and internet that can be hardwired into your home
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Contact (CALL) Center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
