Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Authorized to work in the United States without Sponsorship now or in the future or CPT/OPT through your University.
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s/Masters/MBA/PhD program at an accredited US based university or college
  • Must be a Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in undergrad or a Graduate or Doctoral Student
  • Must be enrolled full-time in the Fall Semester at an accredited university/college after the completion of the internship
  • Must be able to complete a 10-12 consecutive week internship between May and August
  • Must be able to relocate if necessary and work at the designated site for the duration of the internship
  • Preferred Degree qualification: Rising Senior in Undergrad or a Graduate or Doctoral Student
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to identify issues and seek solutions

  • Efficient, organized, and able to handle short timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess working knowledge of computer programming languages including but not limited to Python, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, Visual Basic, HTML5, CSS, XML, SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Ability to explain processes in a clear, understandable manner to non-technically minded people.
  • Have excellent verbal and written skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Establishing a basic understanding of Regulatory Operations in a life sciences organization, including RIM (Regulatory Information Management) capabilities and Intelligent Automation.
  • Assisting with the RIM team in various business driven activities, system releases, process design/documentation, data governance/cleansing.
  • Assisting with the Automation Team processes for the assessment of new tool proposals, the development of business process analysis for the identified use cases, supporting the development and programming of new low code automation solutions, creating the documentation for the projects, and assisting the rollout and deployment of new tools to the business.
  • Developing project management skills including project management timelines and planning for assigned work.
  • Working in a cross-departmental environment.
  • Contributing to the development/improvement of document standards and document processes and other non-regulatory quality review activities.
  • Learning about the roles and responsibilities of other departments.
  • Showcase your work with a final presentation (PPT) near the conclusion of your internship.
