  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience and/or internships preferred
  • Detail-oriented - exercises extreme attention to detail; is thorough, accurate, and organized
  • Clear communication - the ability to articulate thoughts and express effectively using oral, written, and non-verbal communication skills, as well as listening skills to gain understanding
  • An ability to manage high volume tasks in an organized way
  • Attend all client meetings with sales director, taking detailed notes to them be logged into Salesforce
  • Review daily salesforce tasks that need to be completed
  • Serve as liaison between sales team, campaign traffic team, and account strategy team to get necessary projects/client materials completed
  • Review campaign dashboard daily to ensure all campaigns are delivering according to clients' KPI goals. Communicate with Traffic on what's being done for the campaigns that aren't performing according to standard
  • Assist with new prospecting and follow-ups via Outreach platform
  • Help identify new business opportunities in niche markets
  • Ensure all new emails and client requests are answered and acknowledged in a timely matter
  • Assist with business trip coordination and venue bookings and client outings
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in some type of lead generation capacity and proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus
