Team’s mission
Based in NYC, the Equativ team in North America is made up of energetic and results-driven individuals that bring our media services and ad tech products to the market each day - working with clients across agencies, in-house brand teams, and platform partners. Our media services / products include but are not limited to: our Video Everywhere Marketplace and SSP - running managed service campaigns and custom PMPs across CTV & OTT, online video, YouTube, digital display, custom engagement units, native ads, contextual / performance data targeting, and more.
Key day-to-day responsibilities
- Attend all client meetings with sales director, taking detailed notes to them be logged into Salesforce
- Review daily salesforce tasks that need to be completed
- Serve as liaison between sales team, campaign traffic team, and account strategy team to get necessary projects/client materials completed
- Review campaign dashboard daily to ensure all campaigns are delivering according to clients’ KPI goals. Communicate with Traffic on what’s being done for the campaigns that aren’t performing according to standard
- Assist with new prospecting and follow-ups via Outreach platform
- Help identify new business opportunities in niche markets
- Ensure all new emails and client requests are answered and acknowledged in a timely matter
- Assist with business trip coordination and venue bookings and client outings
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience and/or internships preferred.
- Experience in some type of lead generation capacity and proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Detail-oriented - exercises extreme attention to detail; is thorough, accurate, and organized.
- Clear communication - the ability to articulate thoughts and express effectively using oral, written, and non-verbal communication skills, as well as listening skills to gain understanding.
- An ability to manage high volume tasks in an organized way.
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $50,00 - $55,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Equativ considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
