Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least one additional term of school to complete after the end of this internship
  • Be able to do summer internship for at least 12 weeks; starting time can be in May or June
  • Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals
  • Programming experience with one or more application or systems languages (Go, Python, Java, C/C++, Swift, Kotlin, etc)
  • Passion for FinTech, and ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment
  • A commitment to writing understandable, maintainable, and reusable software, and an innate desire to deliver and a strong sense of accountability for your work
  • Excellent communication skills, and a desire to be part of a team that delivers impactful results
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary mentors and peers to conceive, design, and bring innovative products and services to market
  • Work on cross-functional projects, directly collaborating with other engineers
  • Own your project, while checking in with other team members throughout the day with questions and updates
  • Build the skills to own a project from beginning to end, learning project management, teamwork skills, and technical leadership skills
