Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, preferred
  • 2 + years of relevant experience; project management experience preferred
  • A highly motivated and ambitious individual that is entrepreneurial in nature
  • Jira / Confluence power user
  • Excellent writing and communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Support a centralized project management team that services various business and development teams and projects. The projects range from revenue-generating client-facing initiatives to internal enhancements
  • Perform critical project management tasks promptly with limited oversight. These activities may include the following:
  • Support project governance, routines, and structure
  • Establish project plans and timelines
  • Create project tools and accelerators to foster accelerated delivery (dashboards, re-usable templates, playbooks, etc.)
  • Perform bi-weekly executive-level progress reporting
  • Be at the forefront of using available technology to improve efficiencies across the end-to-end project management lifecycle
  • Leverage existing project management standardized processes to be used for effective project delivery
  • Analyze project metrics to identify challenges and areas for operational improvement
  • Participate in relevant project management training courses as prescribed by the firm and your manager
