Convenience Store Manager

Position Summary:

Responsible to effectively direct and supervise all functions and activities of assigned store department and it's associates to achieve the sales and profit goals established for the department; to ensure that the work shifts of all department associates contribute to the financial best interest of the store. Complete all other assigned duties in a timely manner.

Education:

Some college preferred

Experience:

1 Year Relevant experience, Advanced skills gained through considerable on the job training and work experience

Responsibilities:

• Working Supervisor that spends portion of time performing the work of those supervised
• Responsible for results of team
• Analyzes information to solve on-going problems
