The Manager, Growth & Go-To-Market (GTM) for the Asian Segment is responsible for leading the end-to-end GTM initiatives that drive revenue growth. This bilingual role (English and Mandarin) requires an experienced and data-driven professional who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, leveraging insights to deliver impactful results.
Reporting to the Director, Growth and GTM, this role requires close collaboration with GTM teams, including Sales, Customer Experience & Success, as well as other internal partners, including Product, Compliance, Legal and Risk, as well as third party agencies, and other resources to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives that meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth and GTM Planning & Implementation
Develop and execute Growth & GTM strategies with a strong focus on acquisition, retention, and expansion opportunities to deliver on revenue targets.
Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle to plan, build, execute & optimize Growth & GTM initiatives
Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive insights to inform actionable plans aligned with business objectives.
Map and refine the advisor/broker journey, identifying and optimizing key touchpoints to increase satisfaction and conversion rates.
Leverage insights specific to the HNW and UHNW markets to create tailored strategies that address their unique financial needs.
Influence and Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams to align on priorities, secure buy-in, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Facilitate productive discussions to address differing viewpoints, fostering collaboration while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
Act as a change agent, advocating for high standards and identifying areas for innovation, efficiency, and excellence.
Cultural and Language Adaptation
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the cultural values, decision-making processes, and needs of the Asian segment, particularly communities with Mandarin/Simplified Chinese language needs.
Evaluate and approve agency trans-creation and translation recommendations to ensure alignment with cultural nuances, and customer preferences.
Adapt messaging to resonate with target audiences, maintaining consistency while ensuring cultural relevance.
Agency Engagement and Process Building
Establish a scalable and efficient process for engaging agencies, including briefing, review, and delivery workflows.
Ensure agencies deliver high-quality, culturally relevant, and strategically aligned outputs that meet business needs.
Monitor agency performance, provide constructive feedback, and continuously optimize workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
Define and track KPIs for GTM and growth initiatives, such as acquisition, retention, and ROI metrics.
Leverage data and insights to identify areas for optimization and improvement, ensuring initiatives remain impactful and efficient.
Apply Agile methodologies to iterate on strategies and deliver timely, high-quality results.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in B2B GTM strategy, product marketing, or growth marketing, ideally within the financial services, FinTech or agency industries.
Proficient in Mandarin and English, with strong writing, reading and editing skills in both languages.
Experience managing complex projects end-to-end, with proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g.,: SAFe) to enhance execution efficiency with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) tools; experience managing high-touch customer/advisor engagement and agency relationships.
Strong understanding of lending products and the HNW/UHNW markets.
Strong data-driven and growth mindset, with experience in leveraging analytics to inform strategy, and understand customer behavior.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

$84,375.00 CAD - $151,875.00 CAD
