  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Monetization, Strategy, Strategic Finance or related field
  • Crypto or fintech experience preferred
  • Financial modeling experience
  • Experience supporting deals, especially “first of kind”
  • Experience building scalable frameworks and processes
  • Personable and comfortable communicating across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership and executives
  • Thrives in unstructured environments and brings order to chaos
  • Ambitious, independent operator with desire to grow into business strategy responsibility
  • Partner with Product Managers, Business Development and other cross functional teams to develop monetization strategies for new and existing products
  • Become internal subject matter expert on existing and evolving business models across various crypto categories including chains, infrastructure providers, platforms, applications and more.
  • Support commercial strategy for growth partnerships and design partners
  • Build short term and long term financial models to assess pricing strategy P&L impact
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors monetization strategies
  • Work with Product Managers and Engineers to scope technical requirements
  • Pitch, debate and drive decisions for monetization and incentives with senior leadership
  • Work across range of internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness for monetization and incentive strategies
