Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in an end-user engineering role with a significant focus on leadership and strategic planning in a Windows 10/11 Network Environment
  • Product Management Mindset: Strong ability to define strategy, prioritize features, and drive execution in a structured manner.
  • User Experience & Design Thinking: Experience in conducting user research, journey mapping, and implementing feedback loops to enhance digital experiences.
  • Strong Analytical & Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data, interpret business trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Business & Technology Alignment: Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments and M365 ecosystem, including SCCM, Intune, and MDM tools.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (DNS, DHCP) and cloud-based workplace solutions.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy management, and security best practices.
  • Experience working with software deployment, automation, and self-service technology solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of platform engineers to enhance alignment with business objectives, promoting a culture that centers on user needs. Define clear roles and responsibilities within the team, identifying and recruiting talent to fill organizational gaps.
  • Take full ownership of the lifecycle of end user tools, from design to maintain, ensuring tools meet end-users' needs effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of current end user tools to identify usability issues and areas for improvement. Propose and implement strategies for continuous enhancement based on user feedback and usage analysis. Champion a user-centric approach by gathering insights, identifying pain points, and ensuring all solutions enhance productivity and usability.
  • Lead regular meetings with engineering and business groups to ensure our technological solutions are closely aligned with business goals and evolving requirements.
  • Research and integrate new technologies that improve daily operations. Pilot these innovations, gathering and analyzing user feedback to measure impact.
  • Regularly collect user feedback, stay abreast of emerging technologies, and implement improvements to keep ahead of customer expectations. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify success and guide future enhancements.
