  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience in IT project management, managing project execution to deliver on time, within scope and budget, and with happy stakeholders, preferably in a SAAS company, required.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project required.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and serving as a Scrum Master preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a range of stakeholders required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues required.
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and mentoring project teams to achieve outstanding results required.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and track detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop and deliver standard work intake and project update policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating effective communication among all parties involved. Ensure requirements are understood and agreed upon across departments. Ensure stakeholders are delighted with the overall project deliverables as well as the process of working with IT.
  • Implement and manage projects using Agile methodologies, serving as Scrum Master when necessary, to ensure iterative and incremental project progress.
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment with project goals.
  • Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet high-quality standards. Develop use and test cases and ensure all deliverables meet or exceed stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage, monitor, and allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
