Requirements
  • BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting rules and regulations (including GAAP), as well as best practices for financial analysis
  • Proficient in financial management software, with NetSuite and Vena experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and demonstrated ability to translate to non-finance/accounting people
  • Excels at multitasking, organization, and time management
Responsibilities
  • Manage the forecasting and budgeting processes, including the long-range plan
  • Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing performance and budget
  • Engage with the finance team to review the company’s financial presentation and provide correction and feedback where necessary
  • Manage and maintain the company’s budgeting platform, including Vena
  • Recognize patterns in company spending and revenue, and recommend solutions to any problem areas
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to advise on the forecasted impact of project implementations
