As the FP&A Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping our financial landscape, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring our financial health and growth. In this role, you will oversee the budgeting and forecasting for all business lines, establish financial targets, and perform in-depth financial analysis. The FP&A Manager will:
- Manage the forecasting and budgeting processes, including the long-range plan.
- Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing performance and budget.
- Engage with the finance team to review the company’s financial presentation and provide correction and feedback where necessary.
- Manage and maintain the company’s budgeting platform, including Vena.
- Recognize patterns in company spending and revenue, and recommend solutions to any problem areas.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to advise on the forecasted impact of project implementations.
The ideal candidate has:
- BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience
- In-depth knowledge of accounting rules and regulations (including GAAP), as well as best practices for financial analysis
- Proficient in financial management software, with NetSuite and Vena experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills and demonstrated ability to translate to non-finance/accounting people
- Excels at multitasking, organization, and time management
