Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED (some college preferred)
  • At least 2 years of office/administrative experience
  • Insurance experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license (HUB will pay for this)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Responsibilities
  • Clerical duties with minimal errors, e.g., filing, mail preparation, data entry, photocopying, etc.
  • Assist sales executives and/or account managers with tasks as assigned
  • Assist with processing client service requests, cancellations, and placing new business
  • Quote new and renewal business
  • Prepare proposals for presentation
  • Assist in maintaining and verifying accurate records
  • Review monthly renewals in advance
  • Prepare and maintain relevant reports
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to interact and communicate positively with co-workers
  • Any other duties as appropriate and assigned by management
