Multidisciplinary Visual Designer

What you’ll do as a Multidisciplinary Visual Designer at Syndr:

• Create creative assets such as graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels, including web, social media, product packaging, email campaigns, and more.

• Create short-form videos, animated explainers, and motion graphics to support product launches and brand storytelling.

• Develop 3d assets for web, social, or experiential content.

• Develop and refine brand assets, including style guides and brand guidelines, to ensure consistent and cohesive visual representation across all marketing materials.

• Collaborating closely with the team to conceptualise and execute designs that align with our design standards.

• Juggling multiple projects, while ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard.

• Own and evolve our visual identity—templates, brand guidelines, UI kits, and design systems.

• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and continuously seeking ways to improve your skills and capabilities.

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in design with a portfolio that shows strong graphic, motion, and 3d design work.

• Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), with a specific requirement for proficiency in Figma.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design across various platforms, including print and digital media.

• A natural storyteller who understands how to bring static content to life through motion and animation

• Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Strong understanding and interest in the Web3 space is preferred.
